Will the alternator for a Mazda 3 2.0L fit a Mazda 3 2.3L. I am looking for an alternator for 2006 Mazda 3 2.3L.

It will fit, the engines are the same blocks. 2.0,2.3,2.5L all the same engine just bored and stroked more according to the engine size.
