Rear marker lamp

Saw this on an Axela site:

Mazda should\'ve made this a lit marker instead of a reflector. This would be a good project for someone.

is that a light? could be a bright reflection off of the flash.

A light there would be redundant... that\'s why the side of the tail light has a red cut out.

The Front orange light also has a similar cut out, but the cut out is clear.

looks like a light since a flash would be more noticeable off the paint.

yup looks like a light to me .... but personally i rather have nothing there .... give it a cleaner look ... that just my opinion ... i also took my moldings off too! ..
