I couldn\'t make out what plates were on the car. I don\'t think they\'re officially sold here but I\'ve heard that there were a few at some Toyota dealers.

I emailed Toyota Canada when i was buying my 3. They said Scion tC won\'t come to the north side shortly. If it was selling here, i think i\'d had a tough battle between it and the 3. :p
I\'d assume tC will be the next Celica when Celica is done for this model year.

That is only availablein the US, with no plans yet for the Canadian market.
however with that said, wasn\'t mitsubishi model cars sold only in the US for a short period.
I know they were rebadged as Eagles and sold in canada

The Scion nameplate and all of its cars are only available in the USA with no plans to bring them over to Canada. Furthermore, none of the cars will replace any existing Toyota models.....they are not made to the same high standards as other Toyota models. That is how they come in at such great pricing. I was in California in September and was lucky enough to see all three models of Scions (xA, xB, and tC).

Yeah, the one that looks like a square van is the xB. The xA looks a bit like the echo 3 door hatch.
