Love the car but there are 2 problems I am having. 1st the driver side window makes a popping noise sometimes when I put it up or down...very annoying. 2nd ongoing brake problems. I went to the dealership because of grooving on the rotors. They told me that was normal. Fine. Then I had ALOT of brake dust on the FRONT. This i know is not normal so I went back. This time they serviced the brakes. They were fine until yesterday I noticed the left rear rotor has grooves again!!! :( I am going to the dealership on Monday and I hope they will fix this finally. The window concerns me though I\'m almost afraid to use it!!!!
You should see my rotors when you\'re at the meet on Saturday. All four of my rotors have grooves. It\'s fugly. Not sure about your front brakes causing noticeable brake dust however.

As for the window, I had that problem before. It sounds like a small rock or pebble hitting the glass for that split second, right? I believe there is a motor or some device within the door the dealer has to tighten for you in order to rid that sound. It\'s not a major problem. Your window will not shatter into a million pieces. :)

The windows aren\'ta major problem, I brought it in for one of my first
maintenance check-ups and mentioned it.
The just have to tighten a couple bolts. Haven\'t had the problem since.
As for the brakes, It\'s an on-going problem that everyone is aware of but Mazda
seems to brush off.
Too bad, otherwise it\'s a GREAT car!!
