Hey folks.
so after doing a bunch of research, i found something a little interesting. The rear coilover setup.. some people put the adjusting sleeve on the bottom, some put it on top.
What's your take on this? Currently i have it on the bottom, but i really hate having to adjust it by removing everything.
Thanks!

Do you not remove everything when you do the front as well? I mean you can always jack the car a little higher by the pinch weld the go underneath by the back and raise it from there

The fronts don't have to come off to adjust them at all. you can do it right after you take the wheel off. For the rears, you have to remove the bolts from the LCA and drop the spring out to adjust them.

Then the simple answer to me would be to move the sleeve to the top then right? If you're trying to find convenience I would note that the sleeve on the top would be best. Did you maybe ask your coil-over manufacturer what would be best for your setup?

Ahhh okay I see. I know for my raceland coils they specifically told me the sleeve goes on the top so that's why I thought maybe the distributor might say otherwise. Should be find either way to be honest, I don't see why the sleeve being on the top or bottom would make a difference because the spring is getting compressed either way.
