View Full Version : Volunteers for Meeting of Mazdas

Hi Everyone,

Meeting of Mazdas is looking for some volunteers.

For event day we need:

Photographers - looking for 2-3 photographers. There are some specific pictures we need for the event, and some general photo's. Any images we use or we provide Mazda will include photo credit.

volunteers to help coordinate parking - these people need to arrive for 9:00AM. Need 6 people.

volunteers to help BBQ food/manage the food line - we are hoping to have 4 - 6 people in this role so we can have a few shifts.

As well need a few people to help bring stuff to the event - I can meet up with you around Toronto(Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Vaughan, etc), and are ok having a few cases of pop/water/etc put in your car so you can bring to the event.

I can bring things to the park and direct traffic/parking again.
I'll also bring some sort of DSLR and take some pictures once the majority have rolled in.

This, I'll probably end up having to take my crv sadly :(
