I was at a local dealership recently and they did a battery test and the results were:

rated: 550 CCA
measured: 342 CCA
voltage: 12.58U
temp: 21C

It's an 07' Mazda 3 GT 2.3L. I bought it used in 2011 and always used the same battery. I think it's the original battery (Panasonic brand). They told me based on the 342 CCA, it could be an issue when the temps get very cold (-20C for example).

Would the battery get me through Winter? I've never had an issue starting the car since ownership.

either you dont replace it get stuck and need to call a tow, or replace it now for peace of mind. id replace it.

I agree, don't play around, it may get you stuck at the worst time.

My oem Panasonic lasted 9 years but finally got too weak to trust. I say, splurge and get yourself a AGM battery and go through winter worry free.
