power steering fluid and oil stick

Hello, I noticed while looking under the hood that my power steering fluid is just under the max level, just like it is missing a bit. Also , I checked my oil stick and it looks like I am missing oil it is clear still at 5600km but at about 3/4 full ,not at max.
So I just wanted to know if any of this is problems coming or normal , any of u with the same situations?

As long as the fluid is somewhere in between the \"Max\" and the \"Low\" line you\'ll be fine.

which fluid are u talking about the oil or power steering?
