I got a call from Mazda indicating that I can pick the car up today.
Other than the Bank Draft for the purchase amount, they advised me that I would need to pay for renewing the license on my trade-in (expiring on April 2005).

Is this normal? Shouldn\\\'t they have pay that since I will not be the owner anymore?

they probably did that b/c your current plates (which will go on your new car) expire in april. so if they do not charge you any extras, have them renew it. if they do.. screw it and DYI.. but i\'m sure there\'s an admin fee already so that might cover it..

They\'re just making you renew your sticker early, you don\'t have to pay the renewal fee at this moment. Transfering your existing plates over to your new car is only $10, don\'t let them charge you any more.

If you using the same # for the new car, yes you should pay the fee. but if you get a new one, your sales/dealer usually will help you to get rid of the plate, any remainder fee paid will refund to you.

For correct info, bluntman will help you :p

Not for me. Just came back from Casino Rama. Not for gambling of course but for an electrical upgrade they are planning to do.

I can safely say that I don\'t want to gamble as seeing all these old ladies staring blankly at those slot machines creeps you out. Also no offense to chinese folk but talk about bus loads of chinese tourists pouring into the casino. They don\'t appear to like the slots but crowd the tables.

Also the security rooms are not like in shows like \"Las Vegas\" but impressive none the less especially the amount of surveillance cameras (even in some electrical rooms).
