so few days ago.. they finally called and told me they finally receive the parts.. after like 3 months.. so i brought the car in today.. to fix my windows in the front(both side).. after i got my car.. i tried the window.. and found out they only fixed 1 side.. they only fixed the driver side.. the passenger side still has sounds.. like a rock hittin it.. and even worse.. it makes a funny noise going down as well..i asked them about it, they said they do not have anymore regulator left cause they sold it all.. :( so they told me to wait another 3 months for a new one.. after they **** up my window even more..

but fortunately its covered by warranty

i will avoid to go to markham mazda ever again.. but then its the closet to me.. its only about 10min drive. :(

I think a couple of our members have had difficulties with Markham Mazda. One with the sales department, another with their service department. Most members have had great success with Avante Mazda, see if you can make an appointment with them to get it looked at properly.

Plus, Flipspeed (one of our members) works the parts desk and should be able to help you on the status of part orders.

Give Avante the business, they\'re the only dealership I have heard about that has consistently good service.
