Repairing Interior

While doing my carputer project, i ended up marking parts of the dash a bit. Nothing too bad at all, but it is kinda annoying, it looks like someone took their nails against parts of the dash. Anyone know of any shops that would be able to repair this?

I am not sure but can they not be buffed out? Not positive bout that but if it messes up you could just wrap that baby is some gucci!
