Came with my Xtec kit. Does anyone know what these are for? (and how they would go onto the bulbs?). Do they act as spacers eliminating the need for the rubber grommets or bath tub plugs?

they\'re the H7 spacers similar to the stock one. however, you have to cut off the bottom to slide it through the wires...or cut a section and slide the wires through then push the adapter up to the base of the bulb.

too much work, which is why i used grommets.

Hey autoexe, did you happen to use the spacers that came with the kit? I had my HID installed at Lockdown, so they modified the spacers to fit, but the bulbls still rattle when going over bumps. Do you have the same problem?

for those who have used rubber grommets, do your lights rattle?

Thanks

My HIDs were also installed at Lockdown using the spacers (modfied), but they don\'t rattle. It\'s a very tight fit.

What kind of grommets and how many did you use? I'm trying to find ways around this bulb adapter issue.
