I think they look a little silly but the performance potential is there. Plus look at the way the spokes of the tire could potentially deform around road hazards, increasing safety... If they work on a front end loader, I don\'t think cars would have too much trouble with them. I\'d like to see what the reports are like after they\'ve gone through real life testing on various cars (performance to economy).

I think if these went into production, they would have a sidewall for sure. Think about a nice frozen winter slush in there. It would throw off the balancing to hell. lol.

It\'s very interesting.... I would also like to see it in \"real life\" scenario. They would definately have to put a sidewall on there. Imagine turning at 80km/h with those... It doesn\'t look like it would hold too well.
