I was thinking of renting one of those steam cleaners at Dominion or Loblaws. They also have a steam cleaner outside of the coin-op wash at Bayview and Major Mac.

This is the hard way of cleaning the carpets. I have one of those wet/dry vacs, so i use a hose with the spray nozzle set at \"Mist\" to dampen the carpet, then I use some household carpet cleaner, scrubbing gently...
Then you Vacuum it all up!
or...
use steam

I use hot water and an old tooth brush .. but the carpet takes long to dry ... I use and old rag to get rid of as much water as possible.

Under normal circumstances I do a lot of this stuff myself
But to thoroughly DEEP CLEAN my carpets Im gonna take it in.
In Hamilton there is a place called SUDS. Not sure if they are around the GTA but a lot of people recommend them and their prices are great
^ how much do they charge and where exactly are they located?
I guess I wouldn\'t mind driving if the price is right.

Just be carefull guys where you get your cars detailed at, they can cause damage to your paint/finish. If I wasn\'t currently working in Ottawa :( , I would help you guys/gals out, as I\'ve been detailing cars (mainly exotics) for 10 years.
