Ok so I recently hot an HID kit for my Mazda. Unlike everyone else my headlights for some reason were way off after they were installed. So i booked an appoitment at the dealership to re-aim them. I have gotten headlights aimed before (my old P5) and it cost around $20. So after getting the lecture from the tech about having the HID kit they chraged me $48.00! I mean $48.00 to aim headlights? Tha seemed super steep to me. But hopefully tonight when it gets dark they will be aimed properly.

$48 does seem kinda high, but didn\'t you ask how much it would cost prior to \"OK\'ing\" the work? Maybe the Mazda3 headlights are more difficult to aim than those of the P5?

just making sure....
My right headlight seems to toss the beam a bit further than the left... this is normal right?

Yeah, the drivers side headlight is always pointed lower than the passenger side. This is done so as not to blind on-coming traffic.
