Okay, we ordered our 2005 White Sport GT a month ago, and we were to use the waiting time to sell our Protege5. Well, it has not yet sold (though we have had some interest), and I just got the call that our car is at the dealership! We now have to wait to pick it up until after we sell the P5 so that we can take advantage of the owner loyalty discount. I told my wife that if we haven\'t sold the P5 by the end of the first week of may we are just going to have to have three cars until we sell the P5:p

For those that thought waiting for the car was bad, try doing it knowing that it is there waiting to be picked up but you know you can\'t:(

that was just like my story. when it was time to pick up my car, the day before my insurance company told me that i had to pay 13000/a (i got into an accident last november). so i had to wait for 2weeks until i got a reasonable price from another insurance company (500/month).. so yea i had to wait 2weeks for my car.. while knowing it was there collecting dust i the basement of westowne..

Just an FYI for ALL of you thinking of calling PC insurance.

Their call centre is in India, what does this mean to you...

The person you\'re talking has little to no experience in your area and expect the service to be substandard as getting documents and having other service issues dealt with may take some time.

for general customer service this might be fine but there are lots questions people have when it comes to insurance that I don\'t feel someone could answer unless they have experience dealing with those issues. Ie being licensed to drive in Canada, having driven in Canada having paid insurance in Canada...
