Hey all,
Well I had mentioned before to you all in plain generosity. I set up on my board a redirection to this site and an area where scheduled events from this site can be posted in it on my site. I know from time to time people who live in the GTA will find my board.. why not just make it easier and redirect them to hear? This is a great community I have been apart of and feel why not make it even better?
Well Im currently looking for a Moderator for that section if anyone is interested let me know.
Or if no one likes this idea (which I don’t see why anyone wouldn’t) let me know and ill remove it from my site completely.
http://www.mazda3team.com/index.php?
Cheers!
David.

Again it was just a friendly gesture on my end.. if no one likes it, it can be removed.

im not saying anything like that... i\'m just curious to know why it was created? I mean it looks fairly new.. and I don\'t understand why not just join M3F or TM3 and be done with it...
I\'m asking to see what benefit ppl would get to joining that community as opposed to the ones mentioned above? Is this intended to be a Candian based forum? competetion to other forums? what were your intentions...
PS: these are innocent questions, so don\'t be offended or ask for approval of this thread

:) This forum was actually created around the same time this one was created. I made it before I even new of this site was even created. My site was a general forum for all Mazda3 lovers from around the world not just the GTA / ontario. Since this site has generated a great community which I would not try to compete, why not just redirect the people that hit my site that live in the GTA area hear. as I have been atending these meet almost all the time and know all the people.
does this answer your question now?

sort of, but doesn\'t really make sense IMHO... BUT that could just be me, since I thought M3F was the \'worldwide\' forum to bring all mazda3 lovers together...
Anyhow no need to take this any further,
Good Luck with that forum :p
You\'re lucky you didn\'t name it TeamMazda3 ... TM3 ... :p

Im not sure if you are being sarcastic or not.. but when I got my mazda3 I liked the car. I liked it so much I wanted to create a forum about it. I wanted to create an alternative to mazda3forums. It has become more aparent that most people go there to just ramble about non factual information. My intention was to create how to do articles, online chat, sponsors, and reviews a place to get into the more deeper side of your car rather then just rambling about street races. In the end people like choice and that is what I provided. At no cost, for free and if there is anyone paying for people to come and get free information that hard work was put into that would be me. Hopefully they would in return show there appreciation. This all done in my spare time on my home server.
So why did I make a world wide forum? well ask that same question to all the other forums that are world wide based about the mazda3.
It seems most people these days try to find negative things out of even the good.. I question myself on why i bother..
*sigh*

it\'s all good, profusion. instead of looking at it as competition to existing mazda3 websites, i think of it as just another site i can check out! the more the merrier is (one of) my motto.
props to you and everybody else who\'s passionate enough about their car to actually provide some sort of useful resource for other enthusiasts.

Profusion, if you like maintaining a site and you get regular visitors than I say keep it. If you spend most of your time here then sure, just redirect it and perhaps help out the admin of this forum when/if they need it:)

Maintaining a site can be hard on your own especially when it grows fast. I dont mind helping out the admin hear if needed.
