Brought my Protege to play with MazdaSpeeds

So my little sand mica \"Ann-Fee\" got an invitation to a photoshoot with a few mazdaspeed proteges. Ofcourse i went and had some fun. Too bad i forgot to bring my tripod and ended up having a bunch of blurry pics :(

Sorry there is no mazda3 in here...feel free to remove this thread of its inappropriate for TorontoMazda3...

Photoshoot w/ MazdaSpeed (Friday the 13th) (http://azdarotege.fotopic.net/c538789_1.html)

I wanted to go visit the dark roads between 16th + elgin mills for some stright road shots but they said that because it was friday the 13th, they were afraid to see \"things\"...

This pic was the best...my fav..had this Friday the 13th feel to it...lol it was actually raining pretty hard so i was the only one that got this shot :)

Nice pics:) A guy at my work has a 2003.5 MSP and it is so nice, I just wish they had made the P5 the MSP;)

the pics look good - I esp like the ones on top of the garage roof. I noticed the orange MzSpd w/out the hood deflector looked like it had the yellow fog lights with stock halogen headlights. Wondering how it looked in person? Did it look good? I\'d like to get to the yellow fog / HID look but want to first get the yellow fogs then save up for the HIDs. How does it look with yellow fogs and stock halogens? thanks.

:) We should all be at this month\'s 28th meet at Kennedy Commons. The Mazdaspeed without the hood deflector, i think they are all stock bulbs at the moment, same color as mine. The ti-grey speed has white bulbs + yellow fogs...the hood deflector has HID + stock fogs i think...

ah now I see that the orange ones do have the stock fogs on. the similarity is pretty clear in that first picture (I think it was the first!). I\'d imagine stock headlights and yellow fogs would look weird but I\'ve never seen it. looks like it\'s gonna be a long wait till I can get those HIDs in...sigh..

lol there was actually a man made pond with sleeping ducks or geese or whatever in it...but it was too dark to get the shot...and it was raining pretty hard, i was the only one that was brave enough to hold umbrella in one hand and camera in the other...somehow i was able to hold still for the max exposure...

We also went over to the end of rwy33 of buttonville airport, but the parking lot looking at the runway was closed so we never got that runway shot :( I think they are going to be planning a day time photoshoot again for that lake, farm roads, and runway shot :)

hehe btw, RJ3, will you be at the 28th meet? Going to grab a few shots of Ann-Fee\'s younger brother ;)

lol im still trying to decide if i should wax it during the morning and drive it all waxed up and ugly to the meet and wipe it off there...lol...fits the \"show and shine\" title...but the car still has the first layer of wax from 2 months ago :)
