will i get rubbing

hi all,
i just got some 18x7.5 +42 offset with 225/40/18 tires for my 3, they run great on my car rite now, but just wanna know if i lower it with s-tech spring or tein basic will i get rubbing. thz all.............

You will probably have rubbing when you lower it. I think you need at least a 45mm offset and 48mm being safer.
