I couldn\'t find an old thread for this, so...
Any thoughts on what you guys have found to be a nice level for the 3s tires? I\'m still using the OEM Goodyears, for now. From what I\'ve been able to find elsewhere, 35 to 38 psi seems to be a preferred range.
Thanks.

The correct PSI is located on the doorsill on the driver side. I believe that Mazda has a recommended 32 PSI for all 4 tires.

i think what the pigeon ;) is asking for is what tire pressure we are running on (what we feel is a good balance in handling/tire wear/etc)
I\'m running 35psi as a test but for some reason i can\'t tell a difference b/w the current set up and anything else.. and yes stock is 32psi

Yes majic, that was the kind of feedback I was looking for. I know it ends up being a matter of personal preference, but I was curious if I should try something else.
And does anyone stray when they slap on their winter tires?

for about 2 months after i picked up my car, the ride was extremely bouncy... I decided to check the tire pressure (which i should normally do :sarc ) and all tires were at 40 psi. They definately forgot to check that at the dealer.... I knew these tires were bad in the winter, but mine were REALLY BAD!!! anyway, wet traction was pretty good, but the ride was really rough... I reduced it to 32.5 and I noticed the car was not as responsive when you jerk the wheel left/right like you\'re on a slalom course. felt like the car was swaying much more...
long story short, at 40psi, the car handled the twisties really good!!! at 32psi, car doesn\'t feel quite as stiff, but the ride is comfortable.... I\'m probably going to go for something in between to see how it feels.

33psi on all -- usually goes up to 35-36ish after they warm up. might go higher on fronts.

rofl,
i think one of the reasons my tires got PWNED (worn out) in less than 30 or evne 25k kilometers is because of the constant 40psi i kept in them rofl. oh well im leaving my god damn k104\'s at 32-35
btw the k104\'s are really good rtires for their price. i was worried about weak sidewall that ive bene reading about, but then i figure its just cause those mofo\'s drive like crack heads =p. i love these tires lol
k104\'s for summer
w300\'s for winter
tires23 is a great place to be! btw they own an actual shop now! i remember back in the day, they worked out of a house =p.

I have mine set @ 33.5 Psi. Great feel and much better ride comfort. When I picked it up from the dealer it was at 44 PSI! Felt like riding on stone wheels!
Those ****ers just don\'t understand what good customer service is. CHECK EVERYTHING SO YOUR CUSTOMER IS HAPPY!
I just got the survey to fill out... That is going to be fun.
