Ok..so I\'m heading home today and notice there are some trucks as I\'m getting on the 407. I slow down so as to avoid any unnecessary stone chips and suddenly out of nowhere one HUGE A** rock comes flying down from heaven and hits my windshield! It left a nice 2-3 inch diameter crack!!

So I\'ve been calling around to get an idea of how much it will be to replace. I have a GT sedan with the rain sensing wipers and the best price I\'ve heard so far is $550+tax installed from Speedy Glass. Does anyone out there have any recommendations? I know people have been talking about an issue with Mazda only stocking these windshields but Speedy specifically asked me if I had this feature so I assume they are carrying them now. Do I still need to go to Mazda?

I asked Morningside Mazda for a quote just to get a laugh. They said something in the area of $800.00-$900.00. Screw it I\'m going to live with it for a while and then go to Speedy. Only problem is everytime I look at it I get pissed...
