Just ordered myself a MAZDA3 GT3!!!

Just wanted to share with you all..

Ordered a D4TD55 AF00 in 27B currently on rail...

Mazda3 GT GFX Cloth 5 speed in Winning Blue.

Trust me when I say most of you got a better deal than I did because I dont get the $500 Grad rebate that some of you do.

Numbers.... :P

About $5300 due at pick-up (includes $2500 MSD \"multiple security deposits) and on a 60 month lease my payments are $250 a month and my buyback is $8900

My lease rate is 1.2% total lease charge over the term is $895!!!

Mazda is changing the program on July 1..
Residual percentages are going to go down, and the MSD program will be reduced to 1.5 point reduction instead of 2.5 point.

Quick question to the group...

What should be my first mod...

Tint? Lowering? Air intake?

as for mods.. tint it and throw on some HIDs..

if ur leasing I wouldn\'t mod the car.
but if ur considering a buy back, knock urself out.
Intakes on 2.3L doesn\'t yield alot of HP/torque increases, compared to the 6 3.0L.
so I wouldn\'t bother.
Full coilover suspension kit!

so me and you are both in the lease and mod situation - I guess I\'ll take my mod examples from you. I wouldn\'t mind an intake - I\'d like to hear how it sounds though...I\'m pretty sure you\'d need an exhaust to compliment it...not so sure about lowering b/c of the ride..but HIDs are a must :D

I didn\'t know you posted about this, I thought I was one of the first to know when you told me of it when I was picking up my 3.

Anyways, I guess telling you that you\'re gonna love the car is kinda pointless, YOU ALREADY KNOW THAT YOU WILL!!!

Glad to see you\'re jumping in with the rest of us and I\'ll keep an eye out for you at the next meet I attend.

As for your first mod, I would suggest the simplest first... tint the windows.
Then go crazy!!! (NOS anyone??? j/k)

(Just so everyone knows, I picked up my Mazda3 Sport GT from Jeff today and I\'m even more in love with the car now that I\'m actually driving around in it!!!)

Sad story,

My car arrived on the 14th of July and I am too busy to pick it up....

My service dept is booked, I can\'t get my insurance in place.. It is just sitting back in our pound covered in white plastic, with 1.5 km on it... ;)

That\'s okay, I am still waiting for the spoiler to arrive from BC.

Picked it up on July 26th... Love it.

Rear ended a Nissan Pathfinder. Aug 3rd

Dropped it off at body shop. Aug 4th

Recieved invoice for $2700. Aug 5th.... UGH!:(
