I just got my Vibrant Header in the mail today and i was going to go ahead and toss it in but since id have to weld into the exhaust (which i cant do) im going to have to get this professionaly done...
*even if i can install it myself than pay some 1 to do the 2nd o2 work if it would be cheeper ( which id rather do since its such a easy job )
anyone know a place that will do this for a decent price?

I have to agree with the post above. Jimmy installed my header and did a great job. I'm sure you will find his prices are decent and his work is top notch.
why and what do you need to weld into your exhaust? I'm trying to do a little research here, but can't find a how to on installing vibrant headerQuote:

sorry, I meant header.
You would need the secondary o2 sensor relocated behind the second cat. To do this a bung needs to be welded into place for the o2 sensor.
How much did you guys pay for header install and where? I understand some of you might not want to post the info on the forum, but I ask you to PM it to me.

Yup. Jim did my install. I honestly can't remember what I paid, but I'm sure it was excessive. Try giving him a call.
