Mazda has plenty of excellent surprises on the horizon. This is a Mazda3 forum. Granted. But what about when you outgrow your beloved Mazda3? Or perhaps you want to try something different? The love doesn't have to end. We have lots of awesome stuff coming your way. Here’s the inside scoop on these exciting new models.

MODEL REFRESH: Great news comes in January/February with a slight model refresh on 2016 CX-5 & Mazda6. The exterior will have some new touches while the Mazda connect system integrated in the cabin is sure to impress! The Mazda6 features new signature grille lighting, rear heated seats with new leather interior options and exterior colour choices.
The CX-5 Technology Package now adds more i-Activsense technologies such as Mazda Radar Cruise Control, Forward Obstruction Warning, High Beam Control and Lane Departure Warning. An optional Luxury Package is now available on GS trims. Sand leather now becomes pure white leather with new exterior options as well.

NEW ADDITION: Our ALL NEW MAZDA CX-3 will hit our lot just in time for summer. It was debuted at the LA Autoshow on November 18th. A spacious smaller SUV that offers AWD powered by our 2.0L Skyactiv engine. I’m hoping for a manual transmission, but as the Magic 8 Ball would say "Outlook Not so Good".

Our newly redesigned 2016 Mazda MX-5 will come later in the year. We have ordered some 2015 models in the current style due to demand. When these sell we will see this new roadster make an appearance.

Not yet. We only ordered a few Mazda3sport models so it will take some of that business and be less than the CX-5.

Pricing is released right before they arrive. When I know more, you will have more here.

Update: Should have pricing by the end of January for 2016 Mazda6 & CX-5

I truly believe it will happen. Mazda has so many product launches, this one is kind of on the back burner. They are on a roll. What`s going to happen when they release all these new vehicles and then...just....*crickets*. They have to keep innovating to grow. Building another performance car is just a smart thing to do.

It will come in the new CX-3. I think this will be our version of a small car with AWD.

MAZDA2 LAUNCH UPDATE:

Mazda has released an Update on the Mazda2 Launch. They have made the decision to delay the official launch until the 2016 calendar year. The reason being to prioritize the release of the CX-3 and ensure there are enough resources for a successful launch.

It sounds like a smart plan to ensure production is in line with the sales demand. Mazda does a fantastic job at getting vehicles to out market quickly. From production in Japan to delivered in Canada. The last thing we want is delays in providing our clients with the cars they've purchased.

There is a press release floating around to that effect.

We are trying to get a handle on when this beauty will officially arrive to help plan our next TM3 Social Drive Event. Thankfully the nicer weather means we can do so much more to make it HUGE!
