Mazda 3 Stanced Out, Need Help!

Hi, I am new to forum here. If i am doing something wrong please let me know since i didnt know where to post this. Long story short, I am looking for
this body kit or at least some ways of DIY creating similar bumper as this lad has done. Below is the video of what I am talking about.

I don't think it was a Japanese bumper. I think it was custom. I'm kinda too lazy to look though.

Thanks lads, personally I really like the look and is something I might be going for. Is there anyone on forum here that could probably mold the bumper like that, I could even provide my own bumper. Also had an idea of just cutting bigger openings on existing bumper to get that grill and openings larger? Anyone had done it before? What do you think about that?

I think I remember reading somewhere that is a merc bumper the guy customized to fit, not 100% though.
