RFID Proximity Lock/Unlock

Has anyone seen this?

Uses a Nike iPod RFID fob to automatically unlock your vehicle from a short distance. Done specifically on our cars as well.

Has anyone ever attempted anything like this? May be worth giving it a shot..

Wow that's pretty neat. However it seems like some pretty techi-stuff including reprogramming the Nike footpad and other stuff. If I could buy one that was tried-tested-and-true I'd be all for it, but atm it looks like some security features are lacking in his model.
