What Kind of Rims are These (Value)

Hey I'm curious to see if anybody knows what type of rims these are. Apparently in the ad ( I'm looking to buy them and have asked but am still waiting to hear back ) he says they are "17' zigzag hd"

I've never heard of anything like that and couldn't find anything on google. They do look pretty nice though. If anyone knows what make they are and if they are alloys or not, and if they are how much they are worth I would very much appreciate it.

The wheels are made by a company called HD Wheels, website perfectlyround.com or hd-inc.com , model - ZAGG, details - http://www.hd-inc.com/09-blackzagg.html .
Wheels are 17 * 7 .
Value - tough to say..brand new on ebay..they sell for ~$700

Looks like they are a part of vredestein (tire company):

I wouldn't pay too much for them - like $300 tops for the rims only.
