Seat height adjustment?

Is there a way to adjust the height of the driver seat of a 2007 mazda3 gt?

My wife's 3 driver seat is so high, that i almost touch the ceiling with my head (I'm only 6'). I've tried that manual lever up and down, but the difference between high and low is minimal. The driver seat is higher than the passenger seat. I am wondering if the previous owner (a tiny girl) raised it somehow so she can see better....

My 2008 mazda3 has automatic seats, and when I press the button down, it goes down A LOT. I actually feel normal in my car. However, driving my wife's 3 feels like I'm sitting on books. Let me know if I should provide pictures.

My 07 3 seats seem normal. There is quite a bit of adjustment up and down. Maybe take a look and see if washers have been put in place.

i have an 08 as well but it doesnt seem to have automatic seat adjustments even though its the GT model my car has a lever on the left-hand side that you have to kinda pump up/down to ajust height. Mine is pumped up all the way and I still need a seat cushion. sucks being short lol

Are you actually using the height adjustment lever or the lumbar support by accident? (Probably a very obvious question but you never know )
