Dealership isn't too responsive, but will keep pushing!
Is this a 2010 problem? Google not returning much result on newer years.

Warranty my friend.
Modifications? I've forgotten more than I remember. Click here for the list.
Try a different dealership or call Mazda Canada. This is a known issue that should be remedied under warranty.
NO CREW
+1 to everyone above, should be covered under warranty! Have you changed any of the lighting recently?

That's pretty obvious that there's way too much condensation and that should be covered. Some dealerships still have a lot of these headlights in stock. Try asking another one.
Had mine replaced for frosting.
Just had mine war rented. They lasted 2 1/2 years. I put LED DRLs in them to prevent future problems.

I get that in my passenger side headlight as well. Went to 2 different dealerships, they say its condensation and its "normal". Funny thing is it only started happening after they replaced the originals when the DRLs were frosting them.
Got mine done at Keiswetter, no questions asked and mine weren't even that bad. It's a known issue.
I have the same issue appearing on my 2010 MS3. Same spot except mine has turned white, maybe it got pretty bad and just noticed it since I also noticed my headlights don't appear to light up the road as far as they once did. It seems like I might have 10-15ft of good light and on dark streets where the street light isn't to well I sometimes feel the need to put my high beams on to light up the road further ahead. Next service, I'll be asking my adviser to look into it as this is a safety matter to me now.
Noticed it mine today. Looks like im taking some headlights apart this weekend.
