Hey. What some people do is buy a MS3 exhaust and then do a res delete. Planning to diy or get a shop to do it?

lol drilling holes in your muffler is not the same as deleting a resonator

I cant help as we're talking about Gen2s but a lot of people removed one or two resonators on their gen1 and loved the result
Canada gave us rust and DRL. Thanks for nothing Canada!

Why not just replace the muffler and keep the resonator? Probably get a nicer tone out of that. I mean if you're going to do work...

Have shop locate resonator, have shop remove resonator.

Not sure what you're lost about, unless you're on your way to a shop and can't find it, in that case I suggest google maps or gps

Or your shop can't find it.
In which case I'd suggest using Google maps to find a new shop

ANYWAY, I removed my resonator in my old setup, made it sound tin-y.

Here's a video I took from 2 years ago. This was with a Short Ram and resonator delete. Everything else was stock.

Wow, res delete does not sound very good.. I didn't expect it to be such a high tone.

+1 to Aitch's suggestion if all you want is sound.

Racing beat exhaust is axel-back. Go with that maybe? It's gonna cost you but I think you'll be happier with the result.

^ you mean the muffler delete? yea, its possible to do it at home if you get a welder and pipe cutter. all you gotta do is cut the muffler out, and weld a pipe in place. you can always do it the getto way and just use hose clamps or couplers that can stand heat.

also: ill pm you how to change ur profile pic

Here's a (temporary) muffler delete on a 2.0L for the 2010, during the middle of an install to see what it sounded like.
