Mazda 3 GS Skyactiv Demo Purchase

Greetings:

I'm new to the forum. Looking at purchasing a 2012 Mazda3 GS Sky sedan that is a demo. It has 12000km on it. Snowflake crystal white paint, moonroof, heated seats and an automatic.

Is $20000 a reasonable price all said and done (taxes etc)?

I have never bought a newer vehicle and as a result am not sure how the process works.

12,000 km is no longer a demo is it now a USED car so no, 20k i find it too much.

20k should be the brand-new price for any leftover 2012 Skyactive's on the lot, so thus a used demo for 20k is too much.

The fact you were told it was a demo leaves little to the imagination of the integrity of the salesman. Like others have said, it's way too much a price. Get an actual estimate online or go the unhaggle route.

A car with that many kms is in used territory and warrants a carfax report and the equivalent, dealership or no dealership. Good luck

i would say keep looking and ask affiliated dealers on this forum

affiliated dealers should help reduce that price. but your pretty much saving money already by buying a sky if you think about it lol

I really appreciate everyones responses ...Just to clarify 17888 is the price for the "used car demo", which works out to 20000 with taxes ...licensing and all that fun stuff. So what would be a reasonable price to pay than?

I just sent you an email as well. What would be a good price to pay on this vehicle? The problem is I particularly want the crystal white, which as I understand is difficult to find. What new 2012's do you have available and what is the pricing on them?

6sp manual
5000KM on it.
crystal white
+ fireston winter force winter tire set(without rims)
+ all weater lubber mat 4pc

= 18600 dollars (including all fees and tax)



I think i did good deal.
now i am satisfied with this car......
manual driving is so fantastic.
fuel economy is also good.
