    Default Eye lids?

I am wondering if anybody is aware of possible eye lids that are made out of the same material as the window visors. I was looking at my car and thought that material would definitely look neat for eye lids. I am doubting there is so my next question would be does anyone know where you could buy that type of material so I could attempt to make my own?

I have tried looking into it a bit but maybe someone has had a similar idea of this and maybe knows where this material could be purchased or something somewhat close. obviously a good amount of heat would be involved in doing this but I would like to attempt to.

    Any input is welcomed.

Good point. Finding a way for it to adhere to the headlight without it looking odd would be a challenge.

As far as putting it on It would be a decent idea to put the tape around the edges of it allowing some light to go through. There is always a way and I will get there if I can get material.

Why not just use smoked vinyl and cut it to the shape you want. Would be the easiest way to achieve the look your after. Part of me wants to criticize the idea, no offence, but I cant even imagine how it would look so I wont lol. I have a feeling it would just look like a weird bug shield for the headlights.

Yes I could do vinyl but I would prefer it to pop out. The way I see it is that it would look good especially with me owning a grey mazda.

im interested in thos aswell, since im looking to buy some ABS plastic to make my own eyelids. If you gave enough of a 'lip' you could tuck it under your hood with some tape

The thing with plastic sheets is I don't think just anyplace will sell it (unless your a contractor or business or whatever) but I think I found a place in London that sells sheets, or you can always use amazon. Found some for $30 for a 12x12 I believe

That's not bad. I would need a few I am bound to screw up. But I have contractor discounts everywhere so that's not an issue.
