Roca Engine Mount

bought an engine mount from roca usa about a week ago. On the site it says my order is still pending? I tried contacting 3 days ago, but got no answer yet.. Has anyone bought a roca engine mount? how long did it take?

Looks to be the same as an OEM mount. Most of us here went with CP-e, JBR or AWR

basicly an oem mount.. except its solid rubber. I didnt need a high performance mount so i chose roca and have a small budget.

Did you pay Via pay pal? Did you receive any emails saying that they confirmed your order?

yes i ordered with paypal. and no i didnt get an email. the only email i got was the receipt.. so im guessing they didnt ship it..?

If by the end of the week you do not receive any response..file a dispute. If I was paying money for something i'd want to see some sort of confirmation that whoever i ordered it from got my order and they will be shipping it soon.

i sent messages to megan racing aswell because they are a part of roca. Messaged through out facebook and their service. if i still dont get a response, ill call them. then my last option will file a dispute. thank you trizzl3.
