    It will open when you stepped on gas if you put the ignition key to ON position.

    I use my breaker bar on my gas pedal leaning against my seat to press it.

    You can start the car after sprayin the throttle body cleaner in it and putting everything back together just give it some gas to make sure it Doesn't die out then let it run for a little bit then take it for a drive and it'll be ok
