Mazda 3 GT 2007 Rear wipers not working

Hi Everyone,
Wanted to get people opinion before I jump to any conclusions on my issue.

Rear wiper is not working, fluid dispenser or whatever it is called for the rear wiper seems to still be okay.
the rear wiper didn't slowly stop working, so I assume this is possibly just a fuse issue.
left the control on int overnight with the car off, so not sure if that caused the issue or not.

if it is the fuse, just wanted to confirm if it is fuse 53 inside fuise box under passenger area.
as when i read the diagram it also states it's for the fluid dispenser as well and that seems to still work.

Any input w oudl be greatly appreciated.

Was the car outside in the -20C weather ?
Does it do the same inside a heated garage?

Never outside. No snow either. Max maybe -10 but typically don’t think the building garage gets that cold.
But ya doesn’t work at all anymore whether it’s warm or cold.
