Windshield washer fluid not coming out, but wipers move

Hi

So this morning when I tried to pull the lever to spray my windshield, the wipers move, but there was no fluid coming out, and it doesn't seem like there's any motor noise.
Could it be the fuse or the pump broken? I tried to look for fuse number for fluid pump, I can only find wiper's fuse in online manual. Do wipers and fluid pump share the same fuse?

Not hearing pump most likely not working if it is conencted /not shorted / fuses working
