Default undercarriage plastic cover ripped up is replacement needed?

This current snowstorm has ripped up my undercarriage plastic cover on the passenger side. For its purpose is it advisable to replace it and where is the best place to buy them without breaking the bank?

Hard to find the part no online as there are different sections of these covers for a 2015 Mazda3 sedan, does anyone know which part is for the passenger side in the middle area of the car?

    Thanks in advance.
