i dunno. i saw it and i thought it doesnt look that bad in person.. im still up in the air but i think in a few years i may end up buying one
I love everything about it.
I love the design but wish it had more/less features.
I love all the features but I don't like the design.
I don't care. I am happy with what I have now.

They say I'm an addict but I don't have a problem with alcohol or drugs. I'm an addict because I can't live without bass. Car audio is my addiction. And it will never change.
I am most certainly a fan; but not enough to spend the extra on it when i was shopping. It has an overall body look i prefer over the current gen, but i prefer the interior (aesthetic) and front on the current
Will be attempting to get another Mazda 3 in a few weeks.
And yes, I do have Weighted Companion Cube fuzzy dice.
Saw a black GT sedan at work today in the parking lot. I almost crashed when I saw it. It had MoT plates on it
It's not the prettiest new car design, but it's not the ugliest. The mouth isn't as garish on the black car.
In my opinion the tail lights could have been designed better visually. They're kinda thin and short.
That space between the top of the mouth and bottom of the hood is kinda weird though - it looks like a 2 x 4. I don't think it fits the design well.
I'm actually waiting to see the hatch back in person. I'm leaning towards a hatch for my next car, or a mazda6 wagon.

bought an oil filter for my speed3 2 days ago and saw a red one at my dealer.
I would say it looks better in person than in pictures.
This car looks so sweet in person, everyone has to go out to see it. I love it now. Check out the pics.

I just sat in the gt fully loaded with leather and gps. I was extremely impressed with the fit and finish and i would definately buy the car just because of the interior. The exterior is something i can live with, considering an interior like that in its class.
I gotta say once i have seen it and now driven it, I am very impressed. Although I still only like the front on the Hatch GT, I may still come around (scary to say/think that)
I have created a new poll for those who cast their vote based on the pics rather than seeing the vehicle in person and now would like to change their vote.

Don't want to hi jack this tread so if I may here it goes.
Was thinking of trading in my 2005 M3 for a new 2010 CX7 as I heard they are offering a non turbo 2.5 engine. I liked the car but not the engine when it first came out. But the front end was reworked and now looks like a 2010 M3...BIG smile-grin grill. Maybe it will look better in person?? If not will look at something else, can't get past that front end...

I think the new CX7 has even less of a smile than the 2010 3 does. The CX7 still has an upper grill, and the lower portion is much more squared off in the lower edges (less of a "smile"). Personally I think the new CX7 looks great! Although I liked the original, sometimes it seemed that the body sat a little high, which I think was a product of the bottom edges curving in under the car (particularly the front bumper). The new one seems better in this regard (more aggressive).
I like the 2010.. but in a dark color, so you see the big smile less. That's the comment I heard from people looking at the 2010's in the autoshow as well... before taking a pic of the new '3, "Smile!"

Stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid.
What a stupid looking car.
It looks like a Toyota Matrix which is bad enough.
They raised it so high it can be confused as a crossover!
The smile in the front is disgustingly stupid looking.
The rear lights are hideous.
The new OEM wheels are hideous.
The good:
2.5 Engine
Dual Exhaust
Signals on the Side Mirrors
Overall, after this Mazda 3, Mazda will not see my face again
(Which is sad, because I love these 04-09 3's)

Sat in the new 3 at the autoshow - VERY nice interior and ergonomics.
From SOME front angles, the smile isn't as offensive - but the side looks like a vibe (not necessarily a bad thing), back is nice. The only way I'd consdier one is if I were to back into my driveway and front into parking spots so I NEVER have to see the front of the new 3, oh, and if I were paid to drive it!
Speed 3 - even with AWD and 300hp - would take an STi in a heartbeat over it. Give it one maybe 2 production runs and they will change the bumper design - much like the original bug-eyed Subie WRX (which I actually liked - so I GUESS there are some people (legally blind) who may like the new 3)

I saw a saw a silver 2010 Mazda3 the other day, and I honestly didn't like it. The new 6 is gorgeous, the styling went a bit too far with the new 3. The smile is hideous. I'm not buying another Mazda 3 sadly, I wouldn't be caught dead driving one.
