OT - my concern with buying a camaro at this point (and i really do like it) is the uncertainty with GM...if they go tits up there goes the warranty and they would likely take several parts manufacturers down the drain with them...

so warranty, resale value and parts availability (especially for a new model like this) would be 3 things i would worry about....there's a few more but i think those are the 3 major concerns

the government has backed the warranty so you won't be left hanging

Just a idea, don't know the cash/games behind it, but it seems that there are many regular 3 owners wanting speeds, and vice versa. Ever considered a trade, car for car, plus cash/incentive... might be an interesting idea.

I talked to a sales guy about that gxp... and i dont know if he was lying or what, but he told me that this is the last and only year for the g8, and the gxp wont see canada at all....

with that said, i'll be looking to import one from the states in the future..
that the g8 GXP is pure awesomeness

i drove one of those... too bad the gxp version isn't coming to canada until next year.

i am not sure you can replace the handling of the ms3 for less/same/$10,000 more money than what you get with an ms3 with cobb sway bars/springs and better rubber.... acceleration sure, but that feel/precesion will be hard to match

I saw a black SS last week. Sounded like a beast! Hopefully GM can pull through. It'll be tough to get one for the first bit because they are in limited production. That's what the salesmen told me at a GM dealership anyways.

Yup I heard the exact thing from a friend. Had to turn my head twice to take a look at it wasn't sure what it was at first. It's a really nice car...it's unfortunate it toke them this long to produce something actually worth getting (as a lease of course lol)
