2007 MAZDA 3 2.0L should i get a HID Harness

Hi guys this is my first post i've been reading a lot of information at this site its just awesome.. any ways i finally got a mazda 3 the first mod i have done to it so far is install a hid kit after reading these forums a lot of people said they were happy with ddm hid kits.. so i ordred mine i bought a 55w 8000k.. i installed it directly in to the factory plugs of the vehicle i have used it for a day so far i have not had any issues yet.. my question is should i put a harness on it or leave it in the car also the 2007 has DRL and auto switch i dont use that i always turn them on after i turn the vehicle on for about 1 min to let the car and battery warm up

any thoughts and ideas would be appreciated thanks a lot

A harness is always suggested. With that being said, I never used one.

Fire the lights up after you start the car. If you don't you may run the risk of them not firing. This has always been a small issue while running aftermarket HIDs on the 3.
