Feedback for Forbes Mazda

I think it's overdue. I've been to Forbes for couple things.

1st - my right speed sensor was replaced under warranty (ABS light came on)
2nd - passenger side window loose
3rd - plastic beside engine shield replacement

All done with prompt service. Friendly people.

efficient service....

Sometime last year...took the car in cuz the engine light came on....dropped it off 8 am in the morning...got a call by 11 on the diagnosis...some minor things and spark plugs needed to be changed...picked up the car at 5 and was off...

however, the the next day the car wouldn't turn on...called forbes...and they told me to tow it in the following morning...so i did...found out that the mechanic forgot to remove some plastic thing off the spark plug (i dont know much about the mechanics of cars just basically went with what they told me)...I believe it was Matt that called me and apologized for the error and they covered the towing fees and fixed the problem...once again got the car back at 5pm...so overall it was a good service..oh and awesome shuttle service as well!!

went in to diagnose problem with auto light feature and auto wipers.
both fixed now

Great service as per usual.

I think I'll try Forbes for my 24k service.

My oil change bill from Forbes says "fluid inspection". Does this also include fluid top up?

Agincourt Mazda always topped up the fluids but after an oil change at Forbes, my windshield washer fluid was still at almost empty level, coolant was below min level and power steering was just above the minimum mark.

Forbes in waterloo really sucks....
I called them asking about warranty on my car, tehy said it expired (which it did) and did not even mention anything about extended warranty of 1 year that i could acctually be covered under. Just simply said with annoyed tone in his voice "no youre over 100K Km and over 5 years, Youre OUT". right after i called kisewetter mazda in kitchener, they urged me to come in so they can take a look at my rust. i did so and what do you know... i got approved for the fix. Thanks kisewetter mazda!!! and forbes mazda ---- F*** You lol

lol well im glad u guys had possitive experince with forbes. I almost got ripped off out of my extended warranty because of those guys. Thats why i like kisewetter better.
