Cracked Windshield on the Inside.... fixable? (Pictures)

got hit by a rock, driving at 50/km

very small smudge on the outside, but the cracked lines are all behind the glass! The outside surface is smooth. planning to take it to one of those Canadian Tire (those parking lot tents) for a repair. instinct tells me it's not fixable.

i'm not sure if they can fix one so close to the edge like that and the spidering cracks look pretty bad. you might be looking at a new windshield to fix it.

Nope they can't fix that because it's spidered too much. Even if they try it will just crack again.

You are definitely looking at a new windshield.

Probably looking at a new windshield unfortunately, I don't think the places in the canadian tire parking lot can fix it once it starts to breach out like that. I belive they only do chips

Gotta replace that windshield .... Try 'Star Auto Glass' .. They are pretty competitive with their prices .

having driven for many years, 5 different cars, salt/rocks hitting the windshield at different occasions, this was my 1st crack!
