Need help adjusting 2010 Mazda 3 GT Headlights

I have the 2010 Mazda 3 GT with AFS. Can anyone tell me what this one adjust in the picture circle in red below. Is this one to adjust horizontal aiming because I know the bigger adjuster on the bottom is for vertical aiming.

I believe you are correct. The yellowish one is for up and down and the silver one is for inward and outward direction of the light. I've never tried adjusting the silver one since I don't want to mess around with the AFS.

You are right. That one does adjust the horizontal aim. So I removed the black plastic cap and turn it counter clockwise. I did it for both driver and passenger side. Now I'm getting way better light output. The beams is now much wider on both side. After adjusting the AFS is fine and working perfectly.
