2005 Mazda 3 Sedan HVAC Illuminations

Hey everyone,

I turned on the car today and realized that the HVAC illuminations for the heather dials have completely died. Here is a picture of it....any idea what the problem could be?

Anyone know what the bulb name is? The Mazda part number is bp4k61c95, but I want to eBay this instead of paying $10 for a bulb...

Anyone know the name?

its a T4 bulb
