2012 Mazda3 GS Sky Active - Fuel Economy

Hi Everyone,

Looking at getting a 2012 Mazda3 GS Sport Sky and wanted to know what kind of real world fuel economy people are getting. I will be commuting 120+KMs everyday so this is a key factor in the whole purchase proposition.

The tank is approx 55L in these cars so how many KMs are you getting out of it? What is the best/ worst and what would you say has been the average?

Please also mention whether yours is an auto or manual.

You can check out my Fuelly to see my average (in signature), just over 8L/100km at the moment but I'm breaking it in, and driving mostly in the city on cold days and short trips. Other evidence I've seen shows some people who are doing highway driving getting mileage that is close to the Mazda numbers.
