Does anything exist similar to the trunk liner, but that covers both the trunk and seats when they are down?

I know this is kind of an older thread, but nothing ventured, nothing gained... I am looking for a trunk liner for a 2012 Mazda3 sedan and I would also be interested in 16" OEM alloy rims...
