Also looking for some install shops around Mississauga people would recommend(I know there are other post about shops so dont rip my damn head off.)

I looked pretty intensely at there website and couldn't find anything that was for a 2010+ Sedan.

Or let alone anything Carbon Fiber Hood

They can source many products that are not on their website. Send a pm to Nextmod, or call them, and see what they can suggest.
Do you have a realistic budget though ? A CF hood will likely be ~700-900 for the hood alone, then add $100 for Aero Catch pins, and $200-$300 for installation of Aero Catch, and installation and fitment of hood.
Many body shops have no interest in installing hood pins in CF hoods, due to the risk of cracking the hood.
